Welcome to my new blog

I have been cooking and baking for YEARS. I always seem to have a crisis going on when I am cooking. It's never anything serious. I just forget something or do something in the wrong order. It always turns out delicious though. You will often hear me saying crap while cooking. It has become this joke with my mom. For example I asked her if we had enough Lasagna noodles and she said I bought a box yesterday, this is not Crisis Cooking with Sheila. I thought it would be fun to blog some of my crisis cooking stories, some recipes and some great kitchen tools. So, I look forward to sharing with you all about my crazy experiences in the kitchen.
